Welcome to RantGearSolid. I'm a light novelist currently juggling two different series, taking them slow and building them out over time rather than rushing anything. I'm also an anime illustrator, though I'm out of commission on that front for now thanks to some equipment issues (it'll be back).
Mostly this site is where I write, ramble, and disappear down rabbit holes about the series I love. I care way too much about cut source material from original material and how they could've done better, and the difference between an adaptation that respects a story and one that just wants your money. When I'm not working on my own novels, I'm usually studying how other creators build theirs, their workflows, their process, the little decisions that make their stories masterpieces.
